You might not have the words for it. Maybe you’re not in crisis, and you’re not sure what’s “wrong”—you just know something’s off. You feel out of sync, emotionally drained, stuck, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself.
That’s where holistic healing can help.
Alongside my work in psychotherapy and holistic counselling in Sligo, I offer a range of therapies designed to support healing on a deeper level—body, mind, and spirit. These therapies are holistically-led, flexible, and rooted in ancient practices that honour the wisdom we all carry.
Please note: These therapies are offered as complementary to conventional medicine or talk therapy—they are not intended to replace medical treatment or psychotherapy.
ENERGY HEALING SLIGO
Reiki Healing in Sligo
Reiki is a calming, energy therapy that works with the chakra system to bring you back into balance. When we’re out of sync—emotionally, physically, spiritually—it can show up as tension, fatigue, overwhelm, or just a general sense of disconnection.
Reiki gently clears blockages, rebalances your energy, and helps you feel more grounded. Many clients say they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred. I often recommend a series of three sessions to allow your system time to adjust and respond.

Shamanic Healing Sligo
Shamanic healing is one of the oldest forms of energy medicine. It’s based on the idea that everything is connected—our energy, the land, our ancestors, and the stories we carry. Some of what we struggle with may not even begin in this life.
In these sessions, we might work with:

Crystal Healing Sligo
Crystals hold unique energetic vibrations that can support our healing journey physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. During a session, I intuitively select and place crystals based on what you’re experiencing, and may combine them with Reiki or other energy work.
Crystals can also be programmed to help clear specific blockages or emotional patterns—supporting you in moving through whatever feels heavy, stuck, or unbalanced.

Combining pure Divine love light with healing energy, channelled through mind, body and spirit and radiating this focused healing energy to the recipient. This brings the body, mind and spirit in to better alignment with the natural healing energies present in the love and healing light that flows all around.

I also offer small group sessions and workshops for those wanting to explore holistic healing in a shared setting. These can include:

- Faerie and land-based Irish spiritual work
Sessions can take place in my practice or off-site, and are always tailored to the needs of the group, whether you're a community organisation, private group, or simply curious friends looking to explore something meaningful together.

Blended Healing – Mind, Body & Spirit
You don’t have to choose between therapy and energy healing. If you’re receiving psychotherapy services in Sligo, we can gently blend these approaches—always with your permission. Some clients find that including breathwork, grounding, or energy balancing alongside talk therapy helps deepen their process and support emotional regulation.
It’s always your choice. We’ll talk about it in your initial consultation.

I offer an initial 90 minute consultation so we can have a relaxed, client-led chat about what’s going on for you, and whether holistic healing feels like the right step. All further sessions are 60 minutes.
