My Approach

I work with adults and couples using a person-centred, humanistic and integrative approach. That means your voice, your story, and your pace lead the way.

Alongside talk therapy, I also bring in the option of working with the body and energy, because real healing happens on more than just one level. If you’re open to it, we might gently explore techniques like grounding, breathwork or incorporating elements of energy healing to support your process. If not, that’s completely okay too.

What To Expect

We begin with a 90-minute initial consultation, giving us time to talk about what’s going on for you, explore how therapy works, and decide together what support might be helpful. Everything is confidential and client-led. You’ll never be rushed, and there’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.

Sessions can take place in-person in Sligo or online, whichever suits you best.

We'll work together to help you feel more connected, calm, and in control, one step at a time.

Couples Counselling

Relationships are meaningful and rewarding but they can also be the most challenging aspects of life. Whether you’re facing tension, communication difficulties, trust issues, or just want to feel closer again, couples therapy offers a supportive space to understand each other more clearly.

This work is collaborative, practical, and always respectful of both perspectives

Group Work, Workshops & Community Support

I also work with small groups and community organisations to offer support where it’s most needed. This includes:

  • Confidence-building workshops
  • Community wellbeing groups
  • Emotional wellness training for teams or organisations

Sessions are tailored to your needs, flexible in content, location, and format. Whether it’s a one-off workshop or a short series, I’ll work with you to design something meaningful and relevant.
